Adoptee of The Week

Jesse is a fun loving outgoing boy who's ready to finally settle down into his forever home. He's great with kids and must be in a home with his pal Candy. They are a pair. As you can see with his picture ( he's on the left) they are very good friends. They're both house trained and crate trained. They will make a good addition to any home. Leah Rose

One of our members attended the Humane Society of the United States Animal Pet Expo 2008 in Orlando Florida. She learned lots of new wonderful things and we will soon be launching new projects which we will always need help with. If you're interested in volunteering some time with us, please send an email or let us know by phone so we can see what you would want to do!! We've taken a lot of dogs from the shelter so far this year and have done record amounts of adoptions! A HUGE Special thanks to our volunteers who have helped soooo much and we couldn't have done the past few months without each and every one of you! Miranda Thompson

Miranda has been a life-long animal lover?in fact, her first word was reportedly "kitty." She is a volunteer for Friends With Four Paws and the Noble Animal Shelter in Noble, OK. She has as many dogs and cats as she can fit in her little house and spends her free time trying to find other dogs and cats good homes too. She also works tirelessly to spread the good word of dog and cat sterilization, so please have your pets spayed and neutered! ;)

Erin

Erin has volunteered with Harmony House for Cats in Chicago, IL, Fix A Cat,Inc.in Norman,OK and currently Friends with Four Paws, Chickasha, OK and theNoble Animal Shelter. Her "specialty" is feral cats but she has beenknown to walk a dog or two (just don't ask her about dog breeds - shedoesn't know any of them but she will pretend...).
