Please email [email protected]  with any questions or to request a PDF version of our dog adoption application.

Once your application is reviewed, you will be contacted in order to complete the adoption process. All animals in our program will have the following before they go to their new homes:

  • Spay/Neuter Surgery
  • Microchip (24PetWatch)
  • Current Vaccines (to the extent that age allows)
    - DHPP
    - Rabies (4 months of age)
    - Bordetella
  • Flea Preventative
  • Heartworm Preventative
  • Heartworm Test (if old enough)
  • Broad spectrum dewormer​

Every adoption now includes a two week foster to adopt period.

Transport Program
Our transport program is something that we are very proud of.  The Transport process includes a volunteer transport arriving almost every month meeting in Astoria Park.  The adoption fees paid by adopters include the transport costs.
